We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. All of your shipments are tracked. We will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.
All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service. First Class Mail cannot be tracked, but if your items are over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
HERE ARE OUR GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged. Merch Central will take care of all reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. Customers must pay for return shipping if Merch Central is not at fault. Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges will be processed online.
